FAQ Q. What is your turnaround time? A. Orders are typically processed within 2 weeks of final approvals and after receipt of payment. Q. How do I care for my decorated apparel? A. As with all decorated apparel, you should wash & dry garments wrong-side out on low heat. Better yet - line dry. Q. What is digitizing a file? A. When you have a custom design to be embroidered, your artwork must be converted in a format that is understood by the embroidery machine. So digitizing a file is the act of programming where each stitch in your design will be placed, in what direction, and at what lengths. After digitized, your design can be adjusted roughly +/- 10%. Q. What is vectorizing a file? A. Converting your artwork into a scalable file for use on printing, vinyl work, and decals. This is a one-time fee. Q. I want to buy something from The Stitching Depot, but how do I pay? Do you accept credit cards? A. Great question! Cash or check is always welcome on orders NOT placed online...of course, as much as I hate to say it, I must mention the $25 return check fee. If you'd prefer to pay with a credit card, you're welcome to make payment using PayPal (3% PayPal fee applies to this option).
