Our Story

The Stitching Depot was inspired by a baby blanket received for the birth of our first son. We so cherished this personalized chotsky that I thought "what a better way to enable me to stay with our son than to make such awesome gifts for others to enjoy!" Four years and another baby boy later, The Stitching Depot has expanded into a one-stop shop for decorated apparel and promotional items offering embroidery, screen printing, vinyl, and rhinestones.

I've been blessed to incorporate my enjoyment of personalized goods into a way of living for my family. Thanks for coming with me on this journey!

Why I Give Back?

Having put myself through college full time while working 30+ hours per week, I was extremely grateful for the scholarships I received (Dean Whitesides Award, Joel Marin, CPA, Catherine Freed Memorial). Add that to the years I spent teaching at the local high school and it seems only natural to offer an annual Stitching Depot Scholarship. As The Stitching Depot grows, so will the number of and/or amount of scholarships. It is so very important to give back, and I'm grateful to have this as an avenue to do it.

Another way The Stitching Depot has found to give back is through the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. Last year we successfully raised $1,865.00; this year we far exceeded our expectations raising a whooping $6,436.35. We've already set our new goal of $10,000 for this upcoming Relay.
